Registered dietician Renee McGregor is a best-selling author and leading performance and eating disorder specialist with over 15 years experience working with elite athletes, coaches and sport science teams. She understands how to offer nutritional support to athletes and does a lot of work working with people who have developed a dysfunctional relationship with food. We discuss healthy eating, orthorexia, and we talk generally about good dietary principles and bust a few myths around clean eating and low carbs.
